Your quote sets out the users, devices, servers and locations covered, support hours and response arrangements, allocated hours and any rollover or additional-hour charges. Custom app integrations and changes are scoped before work starts.

Microsoft and third-party licences, hardware purchases, further onsite visits and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Compliance requirements and remediation scope are agreed after the audit; formal certification or third-party assessment, where needed, is additional.
